These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between RESTAURANTES FERA PALMA SL and the user or customer for the contracting carried out through the forms that RESTAURANTES FERA PALMA SL makes available on its https://yarapuertoportals.com/en.

- Please note our 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations 48 hours or less will be charged 100 € per person and no-shows will be charged 150 € per person against their credit card.
- In case the client does not show up for the reservation without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Withdrawal
According to the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Likewise, RESTAURANTES FERA PALMA SL reserves the right to present the civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and content or for the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by current regulations applicable in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
